摘要
随着我国经济的发展,科学技术水平的不断提升,对于国民的基本生活体系越来越重视,尤其是食品安全这一方面更加的严格,制定了惩罚力度更大的食品安全保障,对于相关的法律法规条例细则补充的更加完整,国家制定的食品安全工作的条例也更加体现了以人为本的食品安全保障的理念。除了已经制定好的各种条例,又增加了一半,并且将内容进行了非常大幅度的改正,主要改正的还是食品的生产经营以及监督管理等方面的法律法规。最核心的部分还是对于食品安全监管机制的不断细化,以及对于食品生产经营等方面的责任进行有效的强化。
With the development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of science and technology,more and more attention is paid to the basic living system of the people,especially the stricter aspects of food safety,and the development of food safety guarantees with greater penalties.The relevant laws,regulations,and rules are supplemented more completely,and the national regulations for food safety work have also reflected the concept of people-oriented food safety and security.In addition,various regulations have already been formulated,and they have been increased by half,and the content has been greatly revised.The main amendments are laws and regulations on food production and operation and supervision and management.The most core part is the continuous refinement of the food safety supervision mechanism and the effective strengthening of responsibilities in food production and management.
