摘要
污水处理回收利用具有突出的社会效益,特别是在水资源短缺的新疆腹地,水资源短缺已经严重制约了当地经济和社会的发展。改变用水效率偏低,浪费情况严重的现象,工业废水逐级回收利用,零排放是民心所向,大势所趋。污水零排放系统复杂,运行成本居高不下。如何破解这个难题,既能达到环保要求,又能为企业在复杂经济环境中的生存发展做出贡献是值得关注的问题,因此,主要对企业环保管理实践中的相关内容进行了研究和探索。
Sewage treatment and recycling have outstanding social benefits,especially in the hinterland of Xinjiang,where water shortage has seriously restricted the development of local economy and the society as a whole.To change thepHenomenon of low water use efficiency and serious waste,the gradual recycling of industrial wastewater,zero emissions is the trend.The zero-discharge sewage system is complicated,and the operating cost is high.The author studies and explores the relevant contents in the practice of enterprise environmental protection management,as to address how to solve this problem,not only to meet the requirements of environmental protection,but also to contribute to the survival and development of enterprises in the complex economic environment.
