摘要
针对焦化厂循环水排污水高硬度、高碱度的特性,采用投加双碱“Na2CO3+NaOH”+PAM的方式对其进行预处理,并采用HCl中和至中性,当出水总硬(以CaCO3计)<80mg/L、总碱(以CaCO3计)<150mg/L、总铁<0.4mg/L时,药剂费用为2.024元/t,低于“双碱”工艺所需药剂费,且出水水质满足后续超滤膜进水水质要求。
According to the characteristics of high hardness and high alkalinity of the circulating water discharged from the coking plant,the double alkali“Na2CO3+NaOH”+PAMis added for pretreatment,and HCl is used for neutralization to neutral.When the total hardness(calculated by CaCO3)of the effluent is less than 80mg/L,the total alkali(calculated by CaCO3)is less than 150mg/L,and the total iron is less than 0.4mg/L,the agent cost is 2.024 yuan/ton of water,which is lower than the agent cost required by the“double alkali”process And the quality of the effluent meets the requirements of the incoming water quality of the subsequent ultrafiltration membrane.
