摘要 高盐榨菜有机废水处理增大了废水处理工程生产性调试运行的难度。以设计规模为50m3/d的江苏某榨菜食品公司污水处理工程为例,其进水COD为3500~4500mg/L、盐度为1.0%(以NaCl计),采用新型生物膜厌氧折流板反应器(MABR)工艺进行处理,通过驯化培养耐盐菌、灵活调节混合液回流比、严格控制pH以及控制产酸产甲烷两相分离等措施稳定反应器运行,考察VFAs和COD去除效能及其影响因素。结果表明,在容积负荷1.8kg/(m3 d)和回流比为40%的情况下对COD的去除率可达78%左右。 The treatment of high-salt mustard organic wastewater has increased the difficulty of productive commissioning of wastewater treatment projects.Taking a sewage treatment project of a mustard food company in Jiangsu with a design scale of 50m3/d as an example,the influent COD is 3500 to 4500mg/L and the salinity is 1.0%(calculated as NaCl).Flow plate reactor(MABR)process is used to stabilize the reactor operation through domestication and cultivation of salt-tolerant bacteria,flexible adjustment of the mixed liquid reflux ratio,strict control ofpH,and control of two-phase separation of acid and methane production.Efficiency and its influencing factors.The results show that the removal rates of COD can reach about 78%under a volume load of 1.8kg/(m3 d)and a reflux ratio of 40%.
