维持性血液透析患者营养不良-炎症综合征的研究进展

Advances in Research on Malnutrition-inflammatory Syndrome in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

随着我国维持性血液透析患者的日益增多,透析远期并发症也日趋突出。其中以营养不良-炎症综合征较为常见,它严重影响了透析患者的生活质量及生存率。为此本文对维持性血液透析患者引起的营养不良-炎症综合征的相关因子进行概述。

With the increasing number of maintenance hemodialysis patients in China,the long-term complications of dialysis have become increasingly prominent.Malnutrition infl ammation syndrome is more common,which seriously affects the quality of life and survival rate of dialysis patients.Therefore,the related factors of malnutrition infl ammation syndrome in maintenance hemodialysis patients are summarized.
