米力农注射液治疗高血压性心脏病伴心力衰竭的疗效及安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Milrinone in the Treatment of Hypertensive Heart Disease with Heart Failure

目的探讨米力农注射液治疗高血压性心脏病伴心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月至2018年12月我院收治的高血压性心脏病伴心力衰竭120例,在患者知情同意的基础上按照随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=60)行常规方式治疗,观察组(n=60)采用常规+米力农注射液治疗,对比其治疗效果。结果①观察组心功能改善率明显高于对照组,再住院率明显低于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);②治疗前,组间对比6 min步行距离(6MWD)、心脏指数(CI)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血浆脑钠肽(BNP)均无较大差异性(P>0.05),治疗后,两组各指标均有所改善,但观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);③不良反应情况对比,观察组(8.3%)与对照组(10.0%)无明显差异性(P>0.05)。结论米力农注射液在改善高血压性心脏病伴心力衰竭患者心功能、促进病患症状改善方面可发挥积极作用,可推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Milrinone injection in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease with heart failure.Methods A total of 120 patients with hypertensive heart disease and heart failure admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were enrolled according to the patient's informed consent.The control group(n=60)was selected according to the random number table method.In the conventional manner,the observation group(n=60)was treated with conventional+milrinone injection,and the therapeutic effect was compared.Results(1)The improvement rate of cardiac function in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group.The re-hospitalization rate was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).(2)Before treatment,the comparison between groups was 6 min walking distance(6MWD).,cardiac index(CI),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)were not signifi cantly different(P>0.05).After treatment,both indicators improved,but observed.The group was better than the control group(P<0.05);(3)the adverse reaction was compared,the observation group(8.3%)and the control group(10.0%)had no signifi cant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Milrinone injection can play an active role in improving heart function and improving the symptoms of patients with heart disease and heart failure.
