泮托拉唑的有效性与安全性评价以及医院用药合理性的研究

Evaluation of the Efficacy and Safety of Pantoprazole and the Rational Use of Pantoprazole in Hospital

目的探讨泮托拉唑的有效性和安全性,并评价医院泮托拉唑的用药情况。方法选择本院消化道溃疡患者50例,遵照双盲法分组标准分为试验组、对照组,各25例,分别采用泮托拉唑、奥美拉唑治疗,对比两组治疗后的临床效果与不良反应,并分析泮托拉唑在医院的用药合理性。结果试验组治疗总效率为96%,与对照组的76%相比优势明显,存在统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05),泮托拉唑用药不合理率为72%(18/25)。结论泮托拉唑应用于消化道溃疡患者中有可靠效果,用药治疗后不良反应发生率更低,且临床效果显著,医院中泮托拉唑存在不合理用药情况,医师需要根据患者的适应证进行有效用药。

Objective To investigate the effi cacy and safety of pantoprazole and evaluate the medication of pantoprazole in hospital.Methods 50 cases of peptic ulcer patients in our hospital were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the double-blind grouping criteria,with 25 cases in each group.Pantoprazole and omeprazole were used for treatment respectively.The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,and the rationality of pantoprazole in the hospital was analyzed.Results The total therapeutic effi ciency of the experimental group was 96%,which was signifi cantly superior to 76%of the control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05),and the unreasonable rate of pantoprazole was 72%(18/25).Conclusion Pantoprazole has a reliable effect in patients with peptic ulcer,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower after treatment,and the clinical effect is signifi cant.Pantoprazole is not properly used in the hospital,so doctors need to use it effectively according to the indications of patients.
