紧急避孕服用米非司酮的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Emergency Contraceptive Use of Mifepristone

目的探讨服用米非司酮紧急避孕的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月未采取避孕措施而发生性生活女性40例,按照随机分组方式将其分为对照组(20例)和观察组(20例),对照组女性采取左炔诺孕酮进行紧急避孕,观察组采取米非司酮进行避孕,观察两组女性避孕成功率、月经周期改变情况及不良反应情况。结果观察组避孕成功率和不良反应发生率分别为85%、10%,对照组避孕成功率和不良反应发生率分别为60%、25%,观察组避孕成功率明显比对照组更高,且不良反应发生率更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者月经周期不变例数明显更多,月经量未发生改变例数更少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取米非司酮进行紧急避孕,成功率较高,临床效果理想,且不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of emergency contraception with mifepristone.Methods From January 2017 to December 2017,not using contraception and women 40 cases,sex life according to the random grouping,it can be divided into control group(20 cases)and observation group(20 cases)and control group of women to take the left acetylene connaught progesterone for emergency contraception,observation group take mifepristone for birth control,to observe the success rate of two groups of female contraceptives,menstrual cycle change and adverse reactions.Results The contraceptive success rate and adverse reaction rate in the observation group were 85%and 10%,respectively;the contraceptive success rate and adverse reaction rate in the control group were 60%and 25%,respectively;the contraceptive success rate in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group,and the adverse reaction rate was lower,with statistically signifi cant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the number of patients in the observation group with the same menstrual cycle was signifi cantly more,while the number of patients with the same menstrual volume was less,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Results The use of mifepristone for emergency contraception has high success rate,ideal clinical effect,less adverse reactions and high safety.
