比较腹腔镜肾上腺切除术同侧经腹腔与经后腹腔入路的差异

Comparison of Ipsilateral and Posterior Abdominal Approaches in Laparoscopic Adrenalectomy

目的对比分析同侧经腹与经后腹腔入路在腹腔镜肾上腺切除治疗中的应用效果。方法将我院2014年1月至2019年6月实施腹腔镜肾上腺切除术治疗的患者中随机抽取的40例为研究对象,实施经腹腔入路手术治疗的20例患者为研究组,实施同侧经后腹腔镜手术治疗的20例患者为对照组,对比手术操作指标,术后并发症发生率以及SF-36生活质量评分。结果研究组各项手术操作指标优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,SF-36生活质量评分高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下肾上腺手术患者治疗中选择相适合的手术方式对于手术质量的提升有非常重要的作用,经腹腔入路手术在其治疗中的应用,特别是在切除较大的肾上腺瘤能够有效提升手术质量,缩短手术时间,手术效果更佳,且手术安全性更佳,值得进行广泛的推广和应用。

Objective The effect of ipsilateral transabdominal approach and retroabdominal approach in laparoscopic adrenalectomy was compared and analyzed.Methods From January 2014 to June 2019,40 patients who underwent laparoscopic adrenal resection in our hospital were randomly selected as the study subjects,20 patients undergoing laparoscopic approach surgery were in the study group,and 20 patients undergoing the same lateral retrolaparoscopic surgery were the control group.Results The operation index of the study group was superior to that of the control group,the complication rate was lower than that of the control group,and the life quality score of SF-36 was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The surgical method is very important for improving the quality of the operation,and the application of the abdominal approach operation in the treatment of the operation quality is very important,and the operation quality can be effectively improved,the operation time is shortened,Has better operation effect and better operation safety,and is worth to be widely popularized and applied.
