Bakri球囊在产后出血治疗中的应用及临床预后分析

Aplication and Clinical Prognosis of Bakri Balloon in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的探讨Bakri球囊在产后出血治疗中的应用及临床预后。方法选择我院60例2017年5月至2018年2月产后出血产妇。随机分组,常规组采取缩宫素治疗,缩宫素+Bakri球囊组则采取缩宫素+Bakri球囊治疗。比较两组治疗效率;不同的时间点出血收集量;治疗前后产妇血红蛋白的水平值;不良反应。结果缩宫素+Bakri球囊组治疗效率、不同的时间点出血收集量、血红蛋白的水平值相比较常规组更好,P<0.05。两组未见严重不良反应,P>0.05。结论缩宫素+Bakri球囊治疗产后出血可获得较好预后。

Objective To explore the application and clinical prognosis of Bakri balloon in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 60 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from May 2017 to Februay 2018 were selected.The routine group was treated with oxytocin,while the oxytocin+Bakri balloon group was treated with oxytocin+Bakri balloon.The treatment effi ciency,the amount of bleeding collected at different time,the level of maternal hemoglobin before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Oxytocin+Bakri balloon group was better than routine group in treatment effi ciency,blood loss collection at different time points and hemoglobin level(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin+Bakri balloon therapy for postpartum hemorrhage can achieve better prognosis.
