鼻内镜辅助下低温等离子消融与电动吸切器治疗腺样体肥大的临床效果观察 被引量:6

Clinical Effect of Endoscopic-assisted low-temperature Plasma Ablation and Electric Aspirator in the Treatment of Adenoidal Hypertrophy

摘要 目的对比分析腺样体肥大治疗中鼻内镜辅助下低温等离子消融与电动吸切器的临床效果及影响。方法随机选取2016年10月至2018年12月研究时间段内收治腺样体肥大患者共50例,开展临床对比研究。根据患者治疗方案的选择将其分为对照组与实验组,组间样本量均为25例。对照组接受电动吸切术,实验组接受鼻内镜下低温等离子消融术。对比两组手术治疗指标、临床治疗效果、手术并发症及术后疼痛情况。结果经对比两组手术治疗信息,实验组手术失血量、手术时间、术后咽痛持续时间及鼻腔首次通气时间均明显优于对照组,P<0.05;但两组手术治疗效果对比无明显差异,P>0.05;实验组手术并发症及术后各时段疼痛程度较对照组均具有显著优势,P<0.05。结论鼻内镜辅助下低温等离子消融与电动吸切器治疗术式对于腺样体肥大均具有一定临床效果,但相较后者,低温等离子消融在临床应用中的治疗效果、安全性及手术损伤均具有显著优势。 Objective To compare the clinical effects and effects of endoscopic-assisted low-temperature plasma ablation and electric aspirator in the treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy.Methods 50 patients with adenoidal hypertrophy were randomly selected from October 2016 to December 2018 for clinical comparative study.According to the choice of treatment plan,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group with 25 samples.The control group received electric aspiration and the study group received low temperature plasma ablation under nasal endoscope.The surgical treatment indexes,clinical therapeutic effect,operative complications and postoperative pain were compared between the two groups.Result By comparing the information of operation treatment between the two groups,the blood loss,operation time,duration of pharyngalgia and nasal fi rst ventilation time of the experimental group were signifi cantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no signifi cant difference in the effect of operation between the two groups(P>0.05);the complications of operation and the degree of pain in each period of operation in the experimental group were significantly superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic-assisted low-temperature plasma ablation and electric aspirator have certain clinical effects on adenoidal hypertrophy,but compared with the latter,low-temperature plasma ablation has signifi cant advantages in clinical treatment,safety and surgical injury.
