乳腺包块穿刺标本病理活体组织检查与诊断的分析

Analysis of Biopsy and Diagnosis of Breast Mass Puncture Specimen

目的探讨乳腺包块穿刺活检对乳房病变的鉴别诊断价值。方法选取78例我院就诊并接受乳房肿块穿刺检查和手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,对其病例资料进行回顾性研究,利用电子病历系统和影像诊断系统比较患者两次病理检查的结果,继而分析乳腺包块穿刺活检的诊断准确性。结果78例患者穿刺操作均顺利完成,全部穿刺取材成功,穿刺后均未发生局部出血、感染等并发症。结果显示:43例患者为良性病变,34例为恶性病变,1例患者穿刺活检结果为阴性。结论乳腺包块穿刺标本病理活体组织检查可以提高诊断准确性,可以在术前明确肿块性质,为制定合理的治疗方案提供参考依据,有助于提高治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate the value of breast mass biopsy in differential diagnosis of breast lesions.Methods Seventy-eight patients with breast mass who received puncture examination and surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and the data of the cases were retrospectively studied.The diagnostic accuracy of breast mass biopsy was analyzed by comparing the results of two pathological examinations with the electronic medical record system and the imaging diagnosis system.Results The puncture operation of 78 cases was completed successfully,all the puncture materials were obtained successfully,no local bleeding,infection and other complications occurred after puncture.The results showed that 43 cases were benign lesions and 34 cases were malignant.The results of biopsy were negative in one patient.Conclusion Biopsy of breast mass can improve the accuracy of diagnosis,make clear the nature of mass before operation,provide reference for making reasonable treatment plan,and help to improve the therapeutic effect.
