女性生殖道微生态评价的临床价值研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究女性生殖道微生态评价的临床价值。方法选取2194例2017年9月至2018年9月医院接收的体检的正常女性健康体检者及生殖道炎就诊患者作为本次研究的观察对象。按照同时进行的原则进行两种方式的监测。使用的是传统生殖道清洁度分度方法与生殖道微生态评价检测方法,进行生殖道微生态体系评价检测和传统生殖道清洁度分度判断标准检测。结果2194例女性阴道微生态失调者为1172例,占百分比为53.42%,BV的发生率最高,占比在12.49%,接着是VVC占7.75%,阴道微生态失调率与BV的感染率随年龄的增长不断攀升,VVC的感染率随年龄的增加,不断下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),阴道微生态失调和BV、VVC的感染率在不同季节感染率也是不尽相同的。数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生殖道微生态评价检测方法,有助于阴道感染性疾病的检出,并维护阴道微生态平衡,值得被临床应用和推荐。 Objective To explore the effect of detail nursing on nursing quality and patient satisfaction in operating room.Methods 2194 normal female health checkups and reproductive tract inflammation patients who received medical examinations from May 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the principle of simultaneous monitoring in two ways.The traditional reproductive tract cleanliness grading method and reproductive tract microecological evaluation and detection method are used to carry out reproductive tract microecological evaluation and detection and traditional reproductive tract cleanliness grading judgment standard detection.Results 1172 cases of female vaginal microecology disorders accounted for 53.42%,with the highest incidence of bv accounting for 12.49%,followed by vvc accounting for 7.75%.The infection rate of vaginal microecology disorders and bv increased with age,and vvc infection rate decreased with age(P<0.05).the infection rates of vaginal microecology disorders and bv and vvc were also different in different seasons.The data difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of reproductive tract microecological evaluation is helpful to detect vaginal infectious diseases and maintain vaginal microecological imbalance,which is worthy of clinical application and recommendation.
