自拟泻心汤联合针刺对浅表性胃炎肝胃不和证患者的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Self-made Xiexin Decoction Combined with Acupuncture on Patients with Superficial Gastritis

目的探讨自拟泻心汤联合针刺对浅表性胃炎肝胃不和证患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院大连医院中医科就诊的80例患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组40例采取自拟泻心汤联合针刺对患者进行治疗,对照组40例采取自拟泻心汤进行治疗,比较两组患者胃镜下表现和临床有效率。结果试验组胃黏膜充血水肿、胃黏膜花斑状红白相间、胃黏膜糜烂改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组临床有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对浅表性胃炎肝胃不和证患者采取自拟泻心汤联合针刺进行治疗,可以有效的提高患者临床有效率,改善患者的胃镜下表现,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made xiexin decoction combined with acupuncture on patients with superficial gastritis with disharmony between liver and stomach.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in dalian shengjing hospital affiliated to China medical university hospital regions of 80 patients,randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,experimental group 40 cases taken from xie heart soup combined acupuncture treatment of patients,control group 40 cases taken from xie heart soup treatment,compared two groups of patients under gastroscope performance and clinical effectiveness.Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in the improvement of gastric mucosa hyperemia and edema,gastric mucosa mottled red and white,and gastric mucosal erosion,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and the clinical efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-designed xiexin decoction combined with acupuncture for the treatment of patients with superficial gastritis with disharmony between liver and stomach can effectively improve the clinical efficiency of patients and the endoscopic performance of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
