玉屏风散加味结合针刺治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效及安全性分析

Analysis on the Efficacy and Safety of Yupingfeng Powder Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的探讨玉屏风散加味治疗+针刺治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果及用药安全性。方法抽取我院2016年6月至2018年6月收治的过敏性鼻炎患者116例为研究对象,58例行常规西医治疗者作为对照组,58例行玉屏风散加味+针刺治疗者作为实验组,观察两组炎症消退情况及生活质量改善情况,并对两组治疗效果及安全性进行评估。结果①实验组治疗后总有效率及生活质量总评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);②实验组治疗后细胞因子水平及不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论过敏性鼻炎联合应用玉屏风散加味治疗、针刺治疗,能迅速解除炎性反应,纠正鼻腔症状,改善生活质量,且中医疗法安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of yupingfeng powder in the treatment of allergic rhinitis by adding fl avor and acupuncture.Method Extract from June 2016 to June 2018 treated 116 cases of allergic rhinitis patients as the research object,58 routine western medicine as control group,58 routine yupinfeng fl avored+acupuncture treatment as experimental group,observe two groups of infl ammation disappeared and improve the quality of life,and to evaluate two groups of treatment,effi cacy,and safety.Results①the total effective rate and the total score of quality of life of the experimental group after treatment were signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).②the total incidence of cytokine levels and adverse reactions in the experimental group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yupingfeng powder combined with fl avoring therapy and acupuncture therapy for allergic rhinitis can rapidly relieve infl ammatory reactions,correct nasal symptoms and improve the quality of life,and the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is safe and worthy of promotion.
