针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中后便秘的疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Constipation after Ischemic Apoplexy

目的观察并探讨缺血性脑卒中后便秘患者应用针灸治疗的临床效果。方法选取82例来我院接受治疗的缺血性脑卒中后发生便秘的患者为研究对象,入选时间为2016年1月至2018年2月。采取随机对照表的方法,将所有的患者分成两个小组,单纯服用麻仁润肠丸治疗的为对照组,应用针灸治疗的为观察组,比较并评价不同治疗方法所取得的效果。结果在排便相关指标方面,观察组患者的首次排便时间、每次排便时间以及排便间隔时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗总有效率方面,观察组患者的治疗总有效率高达95.1%,与对照组(80.5%)存在明显差异,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对于缺血性脑卒中后发生便秘的患者,通过对其展开针灸治疗,可有效改善其便秘症状,且疗效显著,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To observe and explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on constipation after ischemic apoplexy.Methods 82 patients with constipation after ischemic stroke who came to our hospital for treatment were selected for the study.The enrollment time was January 2016-Februay 2018.All patients were divided into two groups by random control table.The control group was treated with Maren Runchang Pill only,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture.The effects of different treatment methods were compared and evaluated.Results In terms of defecation related indicators,the fi rst defecation time,each defecation time and defecation interval time of patients in the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group,with signifi cant differences and statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).In terms of total therapeutic effectiveness,the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 95.1%,which was signifi cantly different from that in the control group(80.5%),with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively improve the symptoms of constipation in patients with constipation after ischemic apoplexy,and the curative effect is remarkable and the safety is high.It is worth popularizing.
