持续气道正压通气治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的价值及护理

Value and Nursing of Continuous Positive Airway Pressure Ventilation in Treating Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome

目的探讨持续气道正压通气治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的临床价值,并总结其护理方法。方法选择2018年2月至2018年12月本院收治的睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者80例,按照随机数字法分为两组,各40例。所有入组者均行无创呼吸机治疗。护理上,观察组实施本研究综合护理,对照组实施常规护理,示范呼吸机的连接方法,定期随访等。比较睡眠不同阶段机体血氧饱和度、整个睡眠过程中监测指标变化情况、两组出现睡眠呼吸暂停及周期性腿动发生情况。结果快动眼睡眠时期、慢动眼睡眠时期、苏醒前30 min,观察组其血氧饱和度水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),整个睡眠过程中,观察组出现AI、OAI和HI情况显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组检测到睡眠呼吸暂停次数少于对照组(P<0.05),夜间周期性腿动次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对行持续气道正压通气患者,实施有效的护理干预,对维持机体氧供需平稳,减轻患者临床症状,提高睡眠质量有重要价值。

Objective To explore the clinical value of continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and summarize its nursing methods.Methods 80 cases with sleep apnea syndrome admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two group.All patients were treated with non-invasive ventilator.In terms of nursing,the observation group were implemented the comprehensive nursing of this study,the control group were implemented routine nursing,demonstrated the connection method of breathing machine and conducted regular followup.The body oxygen saturation in different stages of sleep,changes of monitoring indexes in the whole sleep process,occurrence of sleep apnea and periodic leg movements in the two groups were compared.Results During fast eye movement sleep,slow eye movement sleep and 30 min before waking up,the blood oxygen saturation level in the observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).The whole sleep process,AI,OAI and hi in the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).The number of sleep apnea detected in the observation group was less than control group(P<0.05),the number of periodic leg movements at night was less than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective nursing intervention for patients undergoing continuous positive airway pressure ventilation is of great value in maintaining stable oxygen supply and demand,alleviating clinical symptoms of patients and improving sleep quality.
