麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的护理体会

Nursing of the Treatment of Benign Breast Benign Tumor with Mmerton's Minimally Invasive Rotary cutting

目的分析麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的护理。方法选取于2017年8月至2018年9月本院所收治患有乳腺良性的肿瘤症,且需接受麦默通式微创旋切术临床治疗的患者106例为研究对象,患者均为女性,以实际就诊顺序将患者平均分为干预组与常规组,每组各53例。干预组实施临床护理干预服务路径,常规组则为基础护理服务路径。比较分析两组护理效果。结果与常规组相比,干预组患者住院时间与手术时间、抑郁及焦虑指标,并发症,临床护理服务满意度等各项指标评分,均略占一定优势,组间数据对比有统计学差异性,P<0.05。结论对于接受麦默通式微创旋切术临床治疗患有乳腺良性的肿瘤症患者,实施临床护理干预服务路径,能改善患者各项临床指标,缓解焦虑及抑郁情绪,便于提升临床护理服务满意度,且不易发生相关并发症,有助于患者早日疾病转归。

Objective To analyze the nursing of minimally invasive mammotomy in the treatment of benign breast tumors.Methods 106 patients with benign breast neoplasms treated in our hospital from August 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were female.The patients were divided equally into two groups,53 patients in each group.The intervention group implemented the clinical nursing intervention service path,while the routine group was the basic nursing service path.The effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results Compared with the routine group,the hospital stay and operation time,depression and anxiety indicators,complications,satisfaction with clinical nursing services and other indicators in the intervention group were slightly superior,with statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with benign breast cancer treated by Mammotome minimally invasive rotary excision,the implementation of clinical nursing intervention service path can improve the clinical indicators of patients,alleviate anxiety and depression,facilitate the improvement of clinical nursing service satisfaction,and is not easy to occur related complications,help patients to early disease outcomes.
