优质护理服务模式对晚期胃癌患者疼痛的影响及效果

Effect of High-quality Nursing Service Mode on Pain of Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的探讨分析优质护理服务模式对晚期胃癌患者疼痛的影响及效果。方法按数字法随机选取2017年1月至2019年12月间我院收治100例晚期胃癌患者,均等分为50例实验组和50例对照组,对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用优质护理,对比分析两组患者护理满意度以及疼痛情况。结果两组的疼痛程度1级、2级、5级相比,无差异(P>0.05);实验组的疼痛程度3级、4级、6级分别是40.00%、20.00%、0,显著优于对照组18.00%、38.00%、10.00%(P<0.05),说明实验组的疼痛程度没有对照组重。实验组对护理满意度98.00%(49/50),对照组护理满意度76.00%(38/50),远低于实验组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预晚期胃癌患者,可以有效缓解患者癌性疼痛,提高患者的生活质量的同时,提高患者的护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of high-quality nursing service mode on pain in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were randomly selected by digital method and equally divided into 50 experimental groups and 50 control groups.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received high-quality nursing.The nursing satisfaction and pain of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no difference between the two groups in pain level 1,2 and 5(P>0.05).The pain levels of the experimental group were 40.00%,20.00%and 0 respectively,which were signifi cantly better than those of the control group of 18.00%,38.00%and 10.00%(P<0.05),indicating that the pain level of the experimental group was not as heavy as that of the control group.The satisfaction degree of the experimental group to nursing was 98.00%(49/50),while that of the control group was 76.00%(38/50),much lower than that of the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention for advanced gastric cancer patients can effectively relieve cancer pain of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and at the same time,improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
