手术室心理护理应用于剖宫产术中对改善产妇心理情绪、促进快速康复的效果

Effect of Psychological Nursing in Operating Room on Improving Maternal Psychological Emotion and Promoting Rapid Recovery during Cesarean Section

目的探究剖宫产术中应用手术室心理护理对其心理情绪与康复效果的改善作用。方法于2017年3月至2019年4月这一期间,随机选取本院收治的112例剖宫产患者,均为初产妇,按照数字表法分为2组,对比组予以手术室常规护理,实验组实施手术室心理护理,并比较两组患者排气、排便、拔管的时间、心理情绪评分以及护理满意度。结果实验组患者排气、排便、拔管的时间均比对比组短(P<0.05);护理后两组患者焦虑与抑郁情绪评分均比护理前低,且实验组护理后情绪评分比对比组低(P<0.05);对比组经护理后的满意度与实验组的相比较低(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术中应用手术室心理护理,可改善其心理情绪,加速康复进程,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in operating room on the improvement of psychological emotion and rehabilitation effect during cesarean section.Methods From March 2017 to April 2019,112 caesarean section patients admitted to our hospital were randomly selected as primiparas.They were divided into two groups according to the digital table method.The control group received routine nursing in the operating room,and the experimental group received psychological nursing in the operating room.The exhaust,defecation,extubation time,psychological and emotional scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The time of exhaust,defecation and extubation in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before nursing,and the emotional score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the contrast group after nursing was lower than that of the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing in operating room during cesarean section can improve the psychological mood,accelerate the recovery process and improve the satisfaction degree of nursing.
