早期中医护理对脑梗死老年患者的康复影响

Analysis of Early Chinese Medicine Nursing and Modern Rehabilitation Nursing for Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨早期中医护理对脑梗死老年患者的康复影响。方法临床纳入2017年5月至2018年5月本院收治124例老年脑梗死患者,随机分为研究组、对照组各62例。对照组实施现代康复护理,研究组在此基础上实施早期中医护理,比较两组护理前、后SAS、SDS评分及各项功能差异,同时对比两组护理满意度。结果两组护理前在SAS、SDS评分上比较无显著性差异;经过护理,研究组SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组患者,P<0.05;护理前两组在神经功能、日常活动能力、上下肢运动功能、认知功能等方面均无显著性差异;护理后研究组各项功能改善情况均显著优于对照组,P<0.05;研究组患者护理满意度达到96.77%,与对照组患者的85.48%相比明显更高,P<0.05。结论对老年脑梗死患者而言,早期中医护理的实施具有重要临床意义,可进一步促进患者各项功能康复,改善不良心理状况,提高整体护理质量,同时促进良好护患关系。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of early Chinese medicine nursing and modern rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 124 patients with senile cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital during the period of 2017.05~2018.05were randomly divided into study group(62 cases)and control group(62 cases).The patients in the control group underwent modern rehabilitation nursing.The patients in the study group implemented early Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of modern rehabilitation nursing.After the end of nursing,the changes of SAS and SDS scores before and after treatment were compared,and the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Neurological function,daily activity ability,upper and lower limb motor function,cognitive function and other functional differences.In addition,the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was analyzed and compared.Results There were no signifi cant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before treatment;after treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were signifi cantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05;the neurological function,daily activity ability,and the two groups before treatment There were no signifi cant differences in motor function and cognitive function of lower limbs;The functional improvement of the study group was signifi cantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.77%,which was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(85.48%).The difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with cerebral infarction,the joint implementation of modern rehabilitation nursing and early Chinese medicine nursing can further promote the rehabilitation of various functions,improve the patient's adverse psychological status during hospitalization,eliminate negative emotions,improve the overall quality of care,and promote good nurses and patients.relationship.
