综合护理干预在四肢创伤骨折术后疼痛护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Pain Nursing after Traumatic Fracture of Extremities

目的对四肢创伤骨折患者在术后疼痛护理中采取综合护理干预的效果进行分析评价。方法本次采取随机数字分组法,将我院于2017年1月至2018年1月收治的120例四肢创伤骨折手术患者分成两组,均为60例,其中对照组患者采取常规护理方法,观察组患者采取综合护理干预方法,进一步比较两组护理效果。结果①在术后各时间段VAS评分上,观察组与对照组比较均显著更高(P<0.05)。②在术后不良反应总发生率方面,观察组为6.67%,与对照组的21.67%比较明显更低,两组数据差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。③在患者对护理服务工作的总满意程度上,观察组的96.67%,和对照组的73.33%对比显著更高(P<0.05)。结论在临床中,针对四肢创伤骨折手术患者,采取综合护理干预效果显著,能够缓解患者的疼痛,降低不良反应发生率,同时提升患者对护理工作的满意度;所以,具备推广与使用的价值。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pain nursing of patients with limb traumatic fracture after operation.Methods 120 patients with traumatic fracture of extremities who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,while the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing care,and the nursing effects of the two groups were further compared.Results(1)The VAS score of the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group in each period after operation(P<0.05).(2)In terms of the total incidence of adverse reactions after operation,the observation group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than the control group's 21.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).(3)The total satisfaction of patients with nursing service was 96.67%in the observation group,which was signifi cantly higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with limb trauma and fracture can relieve pain,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing work.Therefore,it has the value of promotion and use.
