针对性护理应用于脑出血合并肺部感染患者中的效果观察

Effect of Targeted Nursing on Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage Complicated with Pulmonary Infection

目的探究针对性护理应用脑出血合并肺部感染患者中的效果。方法将2017年3月至2018年3月我院神经科收治的114例脑出血合并肺部感染患者纳入研究对象范畴,结合患者家属个人意愿将所有患者划分为各组57例的对照组及观察组;对照组患者实行常规护理,观察组患者实行针对性护理,对比两组患者的治疗有效率、SAS评分、SDS评分、生活质量评分及并发症发生率。结果①对比统计结果发现,对照组治疗有效率为75.86%与观察组94.83%相比二者差异较为明显,两组数据具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。②对比统计结果发现,对照组护理前后SAS及SDS评分与观察组相比二者差异较为明显,两组数据具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。③对比统计结果发现,对照组生理评分、心理评分、独立性评分、社会关系评分及环境评分各项指标与观察组相比二者差异较为明显,两组数据具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。④对比统计结果发现,对照组并发症发生率为13.79%与观察组1.72%相比二者差异较为明显,两组数据具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑出血合并肺部感染患者实行针对性护理的效果良好,不止能明显提高治疗有效性减轻心理负担,更能强化独立生活能力大大减少并发症发生率,值得在临床护理领域中使用及推广。

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing in patients with cerebral hemorrhage complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods From March 2017 to March 2018,114 patients with cerebral hemorrhage complicated with pulmonary infection in neurology department of our hospital were included in the study.All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to their families'personal wishes.The patients in control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in observation group were given targeted nursing.The treatment effi ciency,SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were compared.Score,quality of life score and incidence of complications.Results①Comparing the statistical results,the effective rate of treatment in the control group was 75.86%and that in the observation group was 94.83%.There was a signifi cant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).②The results of comparative statistics showed that the SAS and SDS scores of the control group before and after nursing were signifi cantly different from those of the observation group,and the data of the two groups had statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).③The results of comparative statistics showed that the indexes of physiological score,psychological score,independence score,social relationship score and environmental score of the control group were signifi cantly different from those of the observation group,and the data of the two groups had statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).Comparisons showed that the incidence of complications was 13.79%in the control group and 1.72%in the observation group.There was a signifi cant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing for patients with cerebral hemorrhage complicated with pulmonary infection has a good effect.It can not only improve the effectiveness of treatment and reduce psychological burden,but also strengthen the ability to live independently and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worth using and promoting in the fi eld of clinical nursing.
