优质护理在妊娠合并糖尿病产妇中的应用效果及满意度观察

Observation on the Application Effect and Satisfaction of Quality Nursing in Pregnant Women with Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究优质护理在妊娠合并糖尿病产妇中的应用效果及满意度。方法选取在我院接受治疗的妊娠合并糖尿病患者52例,根据患者在治疗期间接受护理方式的不同,将所有患者分为两组,其中常规组26例患者,其接受常规护理干预,观察组26例患者,其接受优质护理。结果护理后,观察组患者和常规组患者的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平均优于护理前,P<0.05;护理后,观察组患者的血糖水平和餐后2 h血糖水平,明显优于常规组,P<0.05;观察组有3例出现母婴并发症,发生率为11.54%,常规组有11例出现母婴并发症,发生率为42.31%,两组数据对比,差异显著,P<0.05;观察组患者的护理满意度为96.15%,常规组患者的护理满意度为69.23%,两组患者的护理满意度对比,差异显著,P<0.05。结论妊娠合并糖尿病的患者接受优质护理干预,能够很好的控制其血糖水平,并减少并发症的产生,使患者对护理工作有较高的满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect and satisfaction of quality nursing in pregnant women with diabetes mellitus.Methods 52 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who received treatment in our hospital were selected.All patients were divided into 2 groups according to the different nursing modes received during the treatment,among which 26 patients in the conventional group received routine nursing intervention,and 26 patients in the observation group received high-quality nursing.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose levels of the observation group and the conventional group were better than those before nursing,P<0.05.After nursing,the blood glucose level and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose level of the observation group were signifi cantly better than that of the conventional group,P<0.05.In the observation group,there were 3 cases of maternal and infant complications,with an incidence of 11.54%.In the conventional group,there were 11 cases of maternal and infant complications,with an incidence of 42.31%.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.15%,and that of the conventional group was 69.23%.The difference between the two groups was signifi cant,P<0.05.Conclusion Patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can receive high-quality nursing intervention,which can control their blood glucose level well and reduce the occurrence of complications,so that patients have a high degree of satisfaction with the nursing work,which is worthy of promotion and application.
