护理干预用于催生素促足月妊娠宫颈成熟及引产50例

Nursing Intervention was Used to Promote the Maturation of the Cervix of Full-term Pregnancy and Induce Labor in 50 Cases

目的分析对于催产素促足月妊娠宫颈成熟和引产过程当中所配合的有效护理干预方法,以方便为临床的护理干预提供可行依据。方法本文选择我院产科在2017年8月至2018年8月所收治的经催产素促足月妊娠宫颈成熟和引产的产妇50例,随机方法分为常规护理组和综合护理组,每组各25例,对于两组产妇均配合采用相对应的护理方法进行护理,评价两组产妇护理所取得的效果。结果用药以后对本文两组研究对象的宫颈成熟度评分进行比较,本文的常规护理组为(7.2±1.4)分,而综合护理组为(8.5±1.9)分,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;常规护理组的宫颈成熟和宫颈软化分别为18例和17例,综合护理组分别为24例和25例,两组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;本文常规护理组引产成功率为96.00%(24/25),综合护理组为100.00%(25/25),两组之间不存在差异性,P>0.05。结论临床上应用催产素促足月妊娠宫颈成熟和引产的时候为产妇配合采用综合护理方法进行护理指导可在一定程度上有效的提升产妇的促宫颈成熟率和引产效率,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze effective nursing intervention methods for the combination of oxytocin in the process of cervical maturation and induction of fullterm pregnancy,so as to provide feasible basis for clinical nursing intervention.Methods in this paper,our hospital obstetrics in August 2017 to August 2018 by oxytocin promote the full-term pregnancy treated by cervical mature and induced labor of 50 cases of maternal,randomized methods are divided into routine nursing and comprehensive nursing group,each group of 25 cases,women in both groups were cooperate with corresponding nursing methods in nursing,evaluation of the effect it has two groups of maternal care.Results After taking the drug,the cervical maturity scores of the two groups were compared.The routine nursing group in this study was(7.2±1.4)while the comprehensive nursing group was(8.5±1.9),P<0.05,and the difference was statistically signifi cant.There were 18 cases of cervical maturation and 17 cases of cervical softening in the conventional nursing group and 24 cases and 25 cases in the comprehensive nursing group,respectively.In this study,the success rate of induced labor in the conventional care group was 96.00%(24/25)and the comprehensive care group was 100.00%(25/25).There was no difference between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion The application of oxytocin in the treatment of cervical maturation and labor induction during fullterm pregnancy can effectively improve the rate of cervical maturation and the effi ciency of labor induction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
