循环护理模式在心血管内科老年患者中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Circular Nursing in Elderly Patients in Cardiovascular Medicine Department

目的分析循环护理模式在心血管内科老年患者中的应用。方法选取本院心内科所收治患者106例为研究对象,以实际就诊的顺序为主,将该106例患者平均分为两组,每组53例。干预组采用循环护理服务模式,而常规组则为常规护理服务模式。分析两组效果。结果与常规组相比,干预组患者的临床治疗及护理服务依从性指标评分、护理干预效果指标评分、生活质量指标评分、不良事件发生率指标评分、护理质量及满意度指标评分,均略占一定临床应用优势,组间的数据对比有统计学差异性,P<0.05。结论对于接受患有开病症患者,采用循环护理服务模式,能提高患者对于临床治疗及护理服务的依从性,提升效果护理质量及满意度,抑制不良事件发生,临床护理干预效果相对较高,可促进心内科老年患者早日疾病转归。

Objective To analyze the application of circular nursing model in elderly patients in cardiovascular medicine.Methods 106 cases of patients admitted to the department of cardiology of our hospital were selected as subjects,and the 106 cases were divided into two groups on average,with 53 cases in each group.The intervention group adopted the circular nursing service mode,while the conventional group was the routine nursing service mode.Analyze the effect of two groups.Results Compared with normal group,the clinical treatment and nursing intervention group patients compliance services index score,nursing intervention effect index score,quality of life index score,the incidence of adverse events index scores,nursing quality and satisfaction index score,just account for a certain clinical application advantages,data contrast was statistically difference between groups,P<0.05.Conclusion For patients with open disease,the adoption of circular nursing service mode can improve patients'compliance with clinical treatment and nursing services,improve the quality and satisfaction of effective nursing,inhibit the occurrence of adverse events,and relatively high clinical nursing intervention effect,which can promote the early return of diseases in elderly patients in the department of cardiology.
