康复护理用于小儿脑瘫护理中的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing in Children with Cerebral Palsy Nursing

目的研究脑瘫患儿在治疗期间接受针对性康复护理干预的临床价值。方法选取在我院接受治疗的脑瘫疾病患儿74例,按照随机分组的方式分成对照组和观察组,平均每组37例。对照组实施常规小儿脑瘫护理;观察组在常规护理基础上,增加实施针对性康复护理干预。结果观察组患儿护理干预前后运动能力和自理能力评分水平的改善幅度大于对照组;脑瘫病情控制总有效率水平达到91.9%,优于对照组的70.3%;住院治疗总时间短于对照组;治疗期间并发症仅出现2例,少于对照组的8例;家长对护理的满意度达到94.8%,高于对照组的81.1%。组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑瘫患儿在治疗期间接受针对性康复护理干预,可以减少相关并发症的出现,在短时间内大幅度改善运动能力和自理能力,缩短疾病治疗时间,使病情的控制效果和家长对护理的满意度水平均得到显著性提升。

Objective To study the clinical value of targeted rehabilitation nursing intervention for children with cerebral palsy during treatment.Methods 74 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with an average of 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine infantile cerebral palsy nursing,while the observation group was given targeted rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Results The improvement of motor ability and self-care ability before and after nursing intervention in the observation group was greater than that in the control group;the total effective rate of cerebral palsy control was 91.9%,which was better than 70.3%in the control group;the total hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group;complications occurred only in 2 cases,less than 8 cases in the control group;The satisfaction rate of nursing was 94.8%,which was higher than 81.1%of the control group.The difference between groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention for children with cerebral palsy during treatment can reduce the occurrence of related complications,greatly improve the motor ability and self-care ability in a short time,shorten the time of disease treatment,so that the control effect of the disease and the level of parents'satisfaction with nursing have been signifi cantly improved.
