药学管理对合理用药的影响探讨

Discussion on the influence of pharmaceutical management on rational drug use

目的:探究应用药学管理对合理用药的影响。方法:2017年1月-2018年5月选取处方1000张。将药学管理措施实施前的处方500张作为对照组,药学管理措施实施后开出的处方500张作为观察组。比较两组用药满意度、用药不合理情况、用药不适宜情况。结果:观察组用药满意度明显优于对照组,用药不合理情况及用药不适宜情况低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实行药学管理措施可有效提高患者的用药满意度,预防不合理用药现象。

Objective:To explore the effect of pharmaceutical management on rational use of drugs.Methods:1000 prescriptions were selected from January 2017 to May 2018.500 prescriptions before the implementation of pharmaceutical management measures were taken as the control group,and 500 prescriptions after the implementation of pharmaceutical management measures were taken as the observation group.The satisfaction,unreasonable and inappropriate use of drugs of the two groups were compared.Results:The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the unreasonable and inappropriate use of drugs was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of pharmaceutical management measures can effectively improve patients'drug satisfaction and prevent unreasonable drug use.
