我院门诊处方合理用药评价与结果探究

Evaluation of rational administration of outpatient prescriptions and its results study

目的:探究在门诊用药当中处方合理用药评价以及结果。方法:随机抽取2018年6月-2019年6月门诊处方600份,对不同科室处方进行分类,按照《医院处方点评规范》、《处方管理办法》、《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》,分析药物处方合理用药情况。结果:各科室处方药品种类、抗菌药物数量、抗菌药物使用百分率、处方金额、注射药物百分率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。600份处方中,不合理处方10张(1.67%);其中出现处方缺项情况4张(40.0%),内科和外科各1张,儿科1张、五官科1张;字迹模糊4张,其中儿科3张、外科1张;儿科不合理用药1张(0.17%)。结论:本院各科处方用药中,用药趋于合理,但仍然存在大量不规范之处,需要加强管理。

Objective:To explore the evaluation and results of rational administration of prescriptions in outpatient medication.Methods:600 prescriptions were randomly selected from June 2018 to June 2019,they were assorted as different departments,according to"Hospital prescription review standard","Prescription management measures","Guiding principles for clinical application of antimicrobial drugs",the rational use of drug prescriptions was analyzed.Results:The types of prescription drugs,the quantity of antibacterial drugs,the percentage of antimicrobial use,the amount of prescription and the percentage of injection drugs were compared in each department,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Of the 600 prescriptions,10 prescriptions were unreasonable(1.67%).Of which 4 prescriptions(40.0%)were missing items,1 prescription for internal medicine department and 1 prescription for surgery department,1 prescription for pediatrics department and 1 prescription for ENT department and 4 prescriptions for vague handwriting,among them,3 prescriptions for pediatrics department,1 prescription for surgery department,1 prescription(0.17%)of unreasonable medication for pediatric department.Conclusion:The prescriptions in our hospital tend to be reasonable,but there are still a lot of irregularities,which need to be strengthened management.
