荞麦面致食物变态反应和过敏性休克1例

随着人们物质生活水平的逐渐提高,过敏性疾病的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,食物导致严重过敏反应的临床事件明显增多。本文对食用荞麦面而致过敏性休克的病例1例进行总结分析。

With the gradual improvement of the material life level,the incidence of allergic diseases is increasing year by year,and the clinical events of food causing severe allergic reactions have increased significantly.One case of anaphylactic shock caused by eating buckwheat flour was analyzed in this paper.
