罂粟碱联合低分子右旋糖酐预防断指再植术后血管危象的效果分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨罂粟碱联合低分子右旋糖酐预防断指再植术后血管危象的效果。方法:2017年11月-2019年11月收治断指再植患者124例,对所有患者实施镇痛、消毒、抗感染、抗凝药物治疗。对照组选择罂粟碱治疗;试验组采用罂粟碱联合低分子右旋糖酐治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:对照组24 h、48 h及72 h发生血管危象率高于试验组;试验组治疗后血浆内皮素指标、局部坏死率与断指成活率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用低分子右旋糖酐与罂粟碱治疗断指再植患者可有效预防术后血管危象情况发生,达到理想的治疗效果,调节血浆内皮素指标情况,符合临床需求。 Objective:To explore the effect of papaverine combined with low molecular dextran on prevention of vascular crisis after replantation of severed fingers.Methods:124 patients with replantation of severed fingers were selected from November 2017 to November 2019,all patients were treated with analgesic,disinfection,anti infection and anticoagulant drugs.The control group was treated with papaverine,the experimental group was treated with papaverine and low molecular dextran.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of vascular crisis in the control group at 24 h,48 h and 72 h was higher than that in the experimental group.The plasma endothelin index,local necrosis rate and survival rate of severed fingers in experimental group were better than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of low molecular dextran and papaverine in the treatment of replantation of severed fingers can effectively prevent the occurrence of vascular crisis,achieve the ideal therapeutic effect,regulate the plasma endothelin index,and meet the clinical needs.
