社区精神分裂症患者生存质量与社会功能关系研究

Study on the relationship between the quality of life and social function of schizophrenics in community

目的:探讨社区精神分裂症患者生存质量与社会功能相关性。方法:选取19个乡镇的社区精神分裂症患者中收集的数据。采用自编人口学资料问卷、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)对调查对象进行评定并分析。结果:社区精神分裂症患者生存质量总分与社会功能缺陷总分呈显著性负相关(P<0.01)。多重线性回归分析发现,社会性退缩、家庭内活动减少、职业与工作3个因子是患者生存质量的影响因素(P<0.001)。结论:社会功能损害越严重,患者生存质量越差。

Objective:To explore the relationship between the quality of life and social function of schizophrenics in community.Methods:Data were collected from 19 townships with schizophrenia.The subjects were evaluated and analyzed by self-designed demographic data questionnaire,WHOQOL-100 and SDSS.Results:There was a significant negative correlation between the total score of quality of life and the total score of social function defect(P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that social withdrawal,decrease of family activities,occupation and work were the three factors influencing the quality of life(P<0.001).Conclusion:The more serious the damage of social function,the worse the quality of life.
