布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床评价

Clinical evaluation of budesonide combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma

目的:探究布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:2018年5月-2019年5月收治小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者46例,随机分为两组,各23例。对照组给予布地奈德治疗;试验组给予布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组临床疗效及肺功能指标水平。结果:试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后肺功能各项指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘效果较好,能够改善患儿肺功能。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of budesonide combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,46 children with cough variant asthma were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide and the experimental group was treated with budesonide combined with montelukast sodium.The clinical efficacy and pulmonary function index of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).All levels of lung function indicators in the experimental group were better than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide combined with montelukast sodium is effective in treating cough variant asthma in children,it can improve the lung function in children.
