探析关节镜微创技术治疗膝关节骨创伤的临床效果

Discussion on the clinical effect of arthroscopic minimally invasive technology in treating bone trauma of knee joint

目的:研究探析关节镜微创技术治疗膝关节骨创伤的临床效果。方法:收治膝关节骨创伤患者208例,随机分为两组,各104例。对照组接受常规手术治疗;观察组实施关节镜微创技术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后膝关节评分、膝关节功能评分及治疗总有效率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜微创技术治疗膝关节骨创伤,患者膝关节与膝关节功能恢复状况较好,整体治疗有效性突出。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of arthroscopic minimally invasive technology in the treatment of bone trauma of knee joint.Methods:208 patients with bone trauma of knee joint were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 104 cases in each group.The control group received conventional surgical treatment and the observation group underwent arthroscopic minimally invasive technology.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The score of knee joint,the knee function score and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were better than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic minimally invasive technology in treating bone trauma of knee joint,the patients'knee joint and knee joint function recovered well,and the overall treatment effectiveness is outstanding.
