穴位埋线联合自拟润肠汤治疗老年功能性便秘的治疗观察

Observation on the treatment of senile functional constipation with acupoint catgut embedding combined with self-made runchang decoction

目的:分析使用穴位埋线联合润肠汤治疗阳虚型便秘的效果。方法:收治老年功能性便秘患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组接受乳果糖口服液治疗;治疗组通过埋线联合润肠汤治疗。比较两组临床治疗有效率。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用埋线疗法联合润肠汤对阳虚型便秘患者治疗效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with runchang decoction on constipation of Yang deficiency type.Methods:120 elderly patients with functional constipation were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lactulose oral liquid,the treatment group was treated by catgut embedding and runchang decoction.The effective rate of clinical treatment was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of catgut embedding therapy combined with runchang decoction on constipation of Yang deficiency type is significant.
