评价天麻钩藤饮联合舒血宁治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕的效果

To evaluate the effect of Tianma Gouteng Yin combined with Shuxuening on vertigo of Gan Yang Shang Kang Type

目的:探讨天麻钩藤饮联合舒血宁肝阳治疗上亢型眩晕的效果。方法:2017年6月-2019年6月收治肝阳上亢型眩晕患者62例,随机分为两组,各31例。研究组使用天麻钩藤饮联合舒血宁治疗;对照组使用舒血宁治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮联合舒血宁治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕,可以提高治疗效果,且没有增加不良反应,安全可靠,并且可改善中医证候积分。

Objective:To explore the effect of Tianma Gouteng Yin combined with Shuxuening on vertigo of Gan Yang Shang Kang Type.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2019,62 patients with vertigo of Gan Yang Shang Kang Type were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 31 cases in each.The study group was treated with Tianma Gouteng Yin combined with Shuxuening,while the control group was treated with Shuxuening.We compared the clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,and the TCM syndrome score was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Tianma Gouteng Yin combined with Shuxuening in the treatment of vertigo of Gan Yang Shang Kang Type can improve the therapeutic effect,without increasing the adverse reactions,it is safe and reliable,and can improve the TCM syndrome score.
