观察实时荧光PCR法在高危型人乳头瘤病毒检测中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察实时荧光PCR法在高危型人乳头瘤病毒检测中的应用效果。方法:2018年6月-2019年8月收治高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染患者83例,分别采用实时荧光PCR法和二代杂交式捕获法(HCⅡ)进行2次检测,通过病理检测结果来判断两种方式的检测率并进行比较。结果:实时荧光PCR法对高危型人乳头瘤病毒的总检测率优于HCⅡ法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于HCⅡ检测法,实时荧光PCR检测法在高危型人乳头瘤病毒上具有更高的准确率,应以其检测结果作为主要病症判断依据,可适当参考HCⅡ检测法的检测结果。 Objective:To observe the effect of real-time PCR in the detection of high-risk human papillomavirus.Methods:83 patients with high-risk human papillomavirus infection were selected from June 2018 to August 2019,real time fluorescent PCR and second generation hybrid capture(HCⅡ)were used for two times of detection,the detection rate of the two methods was judged by pathological results and compared.Results:The total detection rate of high-risk HPV by real-time PCR was better than that by HCⅡ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with HCⅡdetection method,real-time PCR detection method has higher accuracy in high-risk human papillomavirus.The detection results should be used as the basis for judging the main disease,and the detection results of HCⅡdetection method can be properly referred to.
