颅脑手术后术区引流管护理方法及对并发症发生情况的影响

Nursing of drainage tube in operation area after craniocerebral operation and its influence on complications

目的:探讨颅脑手术后术区引流管护理方法及对并发症发生情况的影响。方法:2018年1-12月收治颅脑手术患者118例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理;研究组给予引流管护理。比较两组疼痛程度、并发症发生情况等。结果:研究组术后1个月、3个月静息时疼痛评分、吞咽时疼痛评分均低于对照组,研究组引流管留置时间短于对照组、总引流量少于对照组,并发症概率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对颅脑手术患者术后术区引流管给予有效的护理干预措施,可降低发生并发症的概率,减少引流量,缩短引流管置管时间,减轻患者疼痛程度,有效的术区引流管护理对颅脑手术患者的康复具有积极作用。

Objective:To explore the nursing of drainage tube in operation area after craniocerebral operation and the influence on the occurrence of complications.Methods:118 patients with craniocerebral surgery were selected from January to December 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,the study group was given drainage tube care.The degree of pain and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The pain scores of the study group at rest and swallowing were lower than those of the control group,the retention time of drainage tube in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the total drainage volume was less than that in the control group,and the probability of complications was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effective nursing intervention for the drainage tube in the operation area after craniocerebral operation can reduce the probability of complications,reduce the drainage flow,shorten the time of drainage tube placement,and reduce the degree of pain.The effective nursing of drainage tube in the operation area has a positive effect on the rehabilitation of craniocerebral operation patients.
