加强手术室医院感染管理,切实保证患者医疗安全

Strengthen the management of hospital infection in operating room,ensure the medical safety of patients

目的:探讨加强手术室医院感染管理,切实保证患者医疗安全的措施。方法:选取2017年1-12月手术患者210例作为对照组;选取2018年12月-2019年6月手术患者200例作为观察组;对照组围术期给予常规院感护理干预措施;观察组给予手术室综合院感护理措施。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组医院感染率低于对照组,观察组病房护理、护理文书、手术室管理及护理安全评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强手术室医院感染管理可明显降低手术室医院感染率,提高护理质量。

Objective:To explore the measures to strengthen the management of hospital infection in operating room and ensure the medical safety of patients.Methods:From January to December 2017,210 surgical patients were selected as the control group;From December 2018 to June 2019,200 surgical patients were selected as the observation group;The control group was given routine hospital infection nursing intervention measures in perioperative period;the observation group was given comprehensive hospital infection nursing measures in operating room.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the hospital infection rate was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of ward nursing,nursing documents,operating room management and nursing safety were significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the management of nosocomial infection in operating room can significantly reduce the rate of nosocomial infection in operating room and improve the quality of nursing.
