摘要
食管癌在我国恶性肿瘤中很常见,发病率和死亡率均显著高于亚洲和世界水平。随着中国经济及医疗卫生事业的高速发展,消化内镜设备的应用迅速普及,加之消化道内镜诊断技术和诊断理念的提高,其在食管癌诊断和治疗中的作用越来越大。本文对不同分期食管癌的内镜诊断和内镜下治疗作简要的评述,消化内镜诊断与治疗技术的快速发展提高了我国食管癌诊治的水平。
Esophageal cancer is common malignant tumors in China,and its morbidity and mortality are significantly higher than those in Asia and the world.With the rapid development of China’s medical and health undertakings,the application of digestive endoscopy equipment is rapidly popularized.Because of the improvement of diagnostic technology and diagnostic concept of digestive tract endoscopy,its role in the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer is increasing.This paper reviews the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer with endoscope in different stages.The rapid development of digestive endoscopic diagnosis and treatment technology has improved the level of diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer in China.
