中青年食管癌患者诊断期支持性需求的质性研究

Qualitative Study on Supportive Needs of Young and Middle-aged Esophageal Cancer Patients in Diagnosis Period

目的了解中青年食管癌患者在诊断期的支持性需求,为实施有针对性的护理干预提供参考。方法采用目的抽样法,2018年12月至2019年4月在河南科技大学第一附属医院肿瘤科病房选择符合纳入标准的11位食管癌患者进行深度访谈,运用Colaizzi现象学7步分析法分析访谈资料,整理提炼主题。结果中青年食管癌患者在诊断期的支持性需求包括5个主题:健康信息的需求、理解与陪伴的需求、经济支持的需求、宣泄压力的需求、重塑自我的需求。结论中青年食管癌患者在诊断期的支持性需求多样,医护人员可以利用专业知识,帮助患者建立有效的心理-社会支持系统,满足其合理需求,进而提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To understand the supportive needs of young and middle-aged patients with esophageal cancer during the diagnosis period,to provide a reference to the implementation of targeted nursing intervention.Methods The objective sampling method was used to select 11 patients with esophageal cancer who met the inclusion criteria for in-depth interviews,in the oncology ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from December 2018 to April 2019.The interview data were analyzed with Colaizzi phenomenological 7-step method,was used to analyze,and the refined topics were collated.Results The supportive needs of young and middle-aged patients with esophageal cancer in the diagnostic period include 5 topics:health information needs,the need for understanding and companionship,the need for economic support,the need to vent stress,and the need to reshape themselves.Conclusion The support needs of young and middle-aged esophageal cancer patients in the diagnosis period are diverse,and medical staff can use their professional knowledge to help patients establish an effective psychological-social support system to meet their reasonable needs,and improve the quality of life of patients.
