摘要
目的研究银杏叶滴丸的制备工艺。方法采用自然滴制法制备银杏叶滴丸,以滴丸的丸重差异为考察指标,正交优选最佳制备工艺参数。结果最佳制备工艺为滴速30滴/min,药液高度160 mm,药液温度80℃,Poloxamer188用量5%,冷却剂二甲硅油。结论优选出的银杏叶滴丸制备工艺合理,制得滴丸丸重差异小,含量稳定,外观圆润。
Objective To study the preparation process of ginkgo leaf dropping pills.Methods The ginkgo leaf dropping pills are prepared by natural dropping method,taking the difference in pill weight of dripping pills as an inspection index,and the optimal preparation process parameters were selected orthogonally.Results The best preparation process was a drip rate of 30 drops/min,a liquid height of 160 mm,a liquid temperature of 80℃,a Poloxamer 188 dosage of 5%,and a coolant dimethicone.Conclusion The optimized preparation process of Ginkgo biloba dripping pills is reasonable,the weight of the dripping pills is small,the content is stable,and the appearance is round.
