新能源供给网络合作行为演化机制研究——基于非完全竞争市场下均质价格视角

Research on the Evolution Mechanism of the Cooperative Behavior of New Energy Supply Network:Based on the Homogeneous Price of Imperfect Competitive Market

在非完全市场竞争格局下构建新能源供给网络拓扑结构,建立效用函数,设计基于新能源供应商之间连接关系的合作行为演化博弈模型。首先通过分析新能源供应商的效用函数,得出其连接策略,并对均衡结果进行有效解释。其次考虑新能源供应的特殊性,构造考虑政府调控的电力供应商联盟效用矩阵,探索产业发展初期政府给予电力供应商的建设补贴阈值,并对其稳定策略进行讨论。最后,以中国电网有限公司和中国南方电网有限责任公司两大电力供应商为例,对其合作行为及其演变进行验证,并给出促进电力供应商联盟达成有效合作的政策建议。

Under the background of incomplete market competition,this paper establishes the topological structure of new energy supply network and its utility function,and designs an evolutionary game model based on the cooperative behavior of connections among new energy suppliers.Firstly,the paper obtains the connection strategies and makes an effective explanation on the equilibrium results by analyzing the utility function of the new energy suppliers.Then,based on the particularity of new energy supply structure,the ESE alliance utility matrix considering the government regulation is established,and the stable strategy is discussed.Finally,the cooperative behavior and the evolution process are verified by analyzing the State Grid and China Southern Power Grid,and some policy suggestions are proposed to promote the effective cooperation of the ESE alliance.
