网络密度对后发企业价值网络结构重构的影响——信息共享的调节性中介效应

Impact of Network Density on Structure Reconstruction of Latecomer Firms Value Network:Moderated Mediation Effect of Information Sharing

国际金融危机后全球产业竞争格局发生重大调整,以中国为代表的发展中国家后发企业经历了成本领先优势的获益过程,逐渐开始寻求在全球价值网络重构过程中发挥作用。从价值网络结构特征出发,引入“互联网+”背景下的信息共享,探索价值网络结构重构的具体路径。在文献回顾基础上,提出研究假设,构建包含网络密度、信息共享、资源获取和价值网络结构重构的概念模型,利用328个有效样本数据对有调节的中介效应模型进行检验。研究结果显示:网络密度这一结构特征对价值网络结构重构具有显著正向影响;信息共享在网络密度和价值网络结构重构之间发挥部分中介作用,同时信息共享部分中介效应受调节变量资源获取的影响。研究结果为处于价值网络低端环节的后发企业结合自身网络结构特征,实现结构跃迁和价值网络升级提供理论依据。

After the international financial crisis,the global industrial competition pattern has been greatly adjusted,and the latecomer enterprises in developing countries represented by China have experienced the benefit process of cost leading advantage,and gradually began to seek to play a role in the process of global value network reconstruction.This study introduces information sharing under the background of"Internet+",and explores the concrete path of value network structure reconstruction.On the basis of literature review,this study puts forward the hypothesis,constructs a theoretical model which contains network density,information sharing,resource acquisition and structure reconstruction of value network.Using 328 effective sample data to test the regulated mediation effect model,the results show that the structural feature of network density has a significant positive effect on the reconstruction of value network structure,and information sharing plays a partial intermediary role between network density and value network structure reconstruction,while the partial mediation effect of information sharing is affected by the resource acquisition of regulatory variables.The results provide a theoretical basis for latecomer firms in low-end links of value network to combine value network structure characteristics and realize the upgrading of structure.
