摘要
因经济增长依赖于生产力的提高,这离不开人力资本、自然资源、物质资本、技术知识的发展,粮食供给侧改革也应主要围绕劳动力、土地、资本、创新四个方面,但目前这四大生产要素还存在一些影响粮食供给侧改革的因素,因此,要加快培育新型职业农民;积极培育农业CEO;实施“藏粮于地”策略;构建农业社会化服务体系;加速推进农业现代化。
The solution of structural problems in the development of economy will gear towards regulation on the supply side.Economic growth depends on the improvement of productive forces,including the development of human capital,natural resources,material capital and technological knowledge.The reform on the supply side of food centre on the four aspects of labor force,land,capital,and innovation.To solve the problems,we should speed up the training of new type professional farmers,cultivating agricultural CEO,implement the policy of“storing food in the land”,construct socialized service system of agriculture,and promote the modernization of agriculture.
