摘要
[目的]构建科学、规范、可行的实习护生临床能力客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)评价指标体系。[方法]在文献分析的基础上,通过课题组专家讨论,初步编制实习护生临床能力OSCE评价指标体系框架,采用德尔菲法进行专家函询,对函询结果进行统计学分析,最终确立OSCE评价指标体系。[结果]构建的实习护生临床能力OSCE评价指标体系包括一级指标5项(汇报病史、床边评估、技能操作、考核提问、人文素养)、二级指标25项,专家咨询代表性和可信度高。[结论]实习护生临床能力OSCE评价指标体系可用来全面评价实习护生的临床实践能力,为护理专业教学改革提供科学依据。
Objective:To construct a scientific,standardized and feasible OSCE evaluation index system for clinical competence of nursing interns.Methods:Based on literature analysis,OSCE evaluation index system for clinical competence of nursing interns was preliminarily constructed by panel discussion.After Delphi expert consultation and statistical analysis of inquiries′results,the OSCE evaluation indexes were finally determined.Results:The OSCE evaluation index system for clinical competence of nursing interns included 5 first level indicators,which were disease history report,bedside assessment,skill operation,examination and questioning,and humanistic quality,involving 25 second level indicators.The expert consultation is representative and credible.Conclusions:OSCE evaluation index system for clinical competence of nursing interns can be used to comprehensively evaluate the clinical practice ability of nursing interns.And it could provide scientific basis for teaching reform of nursing specialty.
