神经外科护理质量敏感性指标的构建

Construction of sensitivity indexes for nursing quality in neurosurgery

[目的]构建适用于神经外科的标准化、科学、有针对性的护理质量敏感性指标,为医院神经外科护理质量评价与监测提供依据。[方法]根据Donabedian结构-过程-结果理论模式,采用文献分析法,由研究小组讨论初步筛选指标。运用Delphi法进行2轮专家函询,确定神经外科护理质量敏感指标项目。[结果]两轮函询专家积极系数为91.43%、100.00%,权威系数为0.8157,0.8331,变异系数为0.00~0.20。构建的神经外科护理质量敏感指标包含3个一级指标、29个二级指标。[结论]基于Donabedian结构-过程-结果理论模式构建的护理质量敏感指标具有神经外科专科特色,符合科学性与可操作性原则,具有较好的临床指导作用。

Objective:To construct standardized,scientific and targeted sensitivity indexes of nursing quality in neurosurgery,so as to provide basis for evaluating and monitoring nursing quality in neurosurgery in hospitals.Methods:According to the Donabedian structure process result theoretical model,the preliminary sensitive indicators were defined by literature analysis and group discussion.Using Delphi method,two rounds of expert consultations were carried out.Then the sensitive indicators of nursing quality in neurosurgery were identified.Results:The positive coefficients in the two rounds of expert consutations were 91.43%and 100.00%respectively.The authoritative coefficient was 0.8157 and 0.8331 respectively.The coefficients of variation ranged from 0.00 to 0.20.The sensitive indicators system of nursing quality in neurosurgery consisted of 3 first level indicators,29 second level indicators.Conclusion:The sensitive indicators of nursing quality in neurosurgery based on Donabedian structure process result theoretical model,are scientific and practical.These sensitive indicators could have better guidance function in clinical practice.
