多组分网络干预对1型糖尿病青少年病人血糖监测依从性的影响研究 被引量:11

摘要 [目的]探讨多组分网络干预措施改善1型糖尿病青少年病人自我血糖监测依从性的效果。[方法]将2017年7月—2018年10月在南京某三级甲等医院内分泌科住院的86例1型糖尿病青少年病人随机分为干预组(42例)和对照组(44例)。对照组采用常规护理措施,干预组采用基于网络的多组分干预措施。干预前与干预6个月后记录自我血糖监测频率,检测糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),评估家庭冲突情况。[结果]干预6个月后,两组自我血糖监测频率、HbA1c、家庭冲突得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]多组分网络干预可以有效增加1型糖尿病青少年的自我血糖监测频率,降低HbA1c值。
