胸腰椎支具防治胸腰椎骨折的研究进展

Recent progress in thoracolumbar braces for prevention and treatment of thoracolumbar fractures

胸腰椎支具多种多样,且临床中使用广泛。国内外对防治脊柱畸形的胸腰椎支具研究很多,但对治疗胸腰椎骨折的胸腰椎支具报道甚少。关于胸腰椎支具防治胸腰椎骨折的生物力学机制、有效性、佩戴时间等方面,国内外又尚未达成一致。本文就胸腰椎支具的种类、生物力学研究及临床应用研究进展等作一综述。

Various kinds of thoracolumbar braces are widely used in clinical practice,but some problems remain controversies.Although there are many researches on the thoracolumbar brace for the prevention and treatment of spinal deformity at home and abroad,there are few literatures on the thoracolumbar brace for the prevention and treatment of thoracolumbar fracture.To now no agreements on the biomechanical mechanism,effectiveness and wearing time of thoracolumbar brace have been achieved in the prevention and treatment of thoracolumbar fracture.This article is aimed to review the types of thoracolumbar braces,biomechanical characteristics,clinical application and so on.
