逆向研发外包、组织学习与装备制造业突破性技术创新 被引量:4

Research on the Impact of Reverse R&D Outsourcing and Organiza tional Learning on Breakthrough Technology Innovation in Equipment Manufacturing Industry

摘要 强大的装备制造业是推动我国实现工业转型升级的重要引擎,而突破性技术创新在此过程中将起到关键作用。逆向研发外包的逐渐兴起,为装备制造业取得突破性技术创新提供了一条可行的路径。然而,如何将逆向研发外包所获得的异质性知识进行有效转化,最终实现突破性技术创新的过程机理仍然不够清晰。本文首先从理论上分析逆向研发外包、组织学习(探索式学习和利用式学习)和装备制造业突破性技术创新之间的作用关系并提出相应的研究假设;然后,构建中介效应模型,并通过面板数据进行回归分析,对研究假设进行验证。结果表明,逆向研发外包、探索式学习和利用式学习对装备制造业突破性技术创新都存在显著的正向影响,而且探索式学习和利用式学习在逆向研发外包与装备制造业突破性技术创新之间起着完全中介的作用。据此,为我国装备制造业有效开展逆向研发外包,并进行组织学习以实现突破性技术创新提供对策依据。 Strong equipment manufacturing industry is an important engine to promote China's industrial transformation and upgrading,and breakthrough technological innovation will play a key role in this process.The gradual rise of reverse R&D outsourcing provides a feasible path for equipment manufacturing industry to achieve breakthrough technological innovation.However,how to effectively transform the heterogeneous knowledge acquired by reverse R&D outsourcing and ultimately realize the process mechanism of breakthrough technological innovation is still not clear enough.Firstly,this paper theoretically analyses the relationship among reverse R&D outsourcing,organizational learning(exploratory learning and exploitative learning)and breakthrough technological innovation in equipment manufacturing industry,and puts forward corresponding research hypothesis.Then,it constructs a mediating effect model,and carries out regression analysis through panel data to verify the research hypothesis.The results show that reverse R&D outsourcing,exploratory learning and exploitative learning have significant positive effects on breakthrough technological innovation in equipment manufacturing industry,and exploratory learning and exploitative learning play a complete intermediary role between reverse R&D outsourcing and breakthrough technological innovation in equipment manufacturing industry.Accordingly,it provides countermeasures for China's equipment manufacturing industry to effectively carry out reverse R&D outsourcing and organize learning to achieve breakthrough technological innovation.
